Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking aSenior Project Manager to join our San Francisco South Bay area team, supporting large-scale tenant improvement and development construction projects. You will work closely with senior team members to drive success from planning through execution.

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in construction project management; you should coordinate with consultants and contractors and contribute to a collaborative team. 3 days on site per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in construction project management or consulting.
• Experience with commercial tenant improvement or healthcare construction preferred.
• Willingness to work in the San Francisco office and travel to project sites.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing multiple work streams.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chain members.
• Analyze, track, and assist in managing critical milestone activities.
• Support implementation of project governance, processes, and systems.
• Contribute to best practices across all assigned projects.
• Assist in preparing formal project status reports and documentation.
• Monitor progress to ensure design standards are followed.
