Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a skilled Project Manager to support high-tech tenant improvement and development construction projects in San Jose, CA. You will work with senior team members to drive planning, execution, and successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in construction PM, strong stakeholder management, and experience with Procore and MS Office. On-site five days a week, with collaboration across architects, engineers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering.
• 3–5 years of construction project management or consulting experience.
• Experience with tenant improvements or healthcare construction is preferred.
• Ability to travel to project sites in the San Francisco Bay Area as needed.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders and drive compliant project delivery.
• Track milestones and prevent schedule delays.
• Support governance, processes, and systems.
• Contribute to cost control and value engineering when needed.
• Prepare project status reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and consultants and manage information flow.
• Assist in client relationship management and business development.
