Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture or engineering.
• Three to five years of experience in construction project management or consulting.
• Experience with commercial tenant improvement or healthcare construction preferred.
• Ability to work in the San Francisco office and travel to project sites as needed.
• Proficiency with Procore and MS Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers and supply chain teams to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track and assist in managing critical milestone activities to avoid delays.
• Support the implementation of project governance, processes and systems.
• Contribute to applying best practices across assigned projects.
• Assist in preparing formal project status reports and other documentation.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design standards.
