Job summary

Bisnow is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Seattle, WA, to oversee multifamily residential projects from pre-construction through completion. The role emphasizes ownership of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client relationships, with collaboration across internal teams and subcontractors.

The candidate will bring 10+ years of construction PM experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to sustainable building practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience on new construction, preferably multifamily/residential.
• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• Strong scheduling and project coordination skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and procurement strategies.
• Own project scope, schedule, and budget through completion.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, project partners, and clients.
• Lead communication among site staff, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure safety and quality controls across projects.
