Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead convenience store remodels and capital projects across multiple states. This office-based role focuses on retail construction in active store environments, suitable for those with project-execution experience rather than design/engineering focus.

The position involves managing multi-state projects, coordinating with teams, and ensuring timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience with retail or multi-site remodels.
• Experience in occupied commercial environments.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple retail remodel projects across several states.
• Create and review scopes, drawings, budgets, and schedules.
• Bid projects and select contractors and vendors.
• Track costs, approve invoices, and manage change orders.
• Ensure timelines, quality, and design standards are met.
• Coordinate work in active retail store environments.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and operations.
• Conduct occasional site visits as needed.
