Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale convenience store remodels, capital projects, rebuilds, and new construction initiatives across multiple states. You will guide planning, budgeting, and execution while mentoring project teams and coordinating with external partners.

The role focuses on retail construction in active store environments, requiring extensive experience with budgets, contractors, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing retail, convenience store, fuel, or multi-site construction.
• Experience working in occupied commercial environments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple construction projects across several states, coordinating planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Oversee contractor management, scheduling, and compliance to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Mentor and supervise Construction Project Managers and staff.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
• Ensure safety and adherence to codes and quality standards.
