Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, budget, and schedule end-to-end by partnering with stakeholders, tracking costs, timelines, and risks.
• Support contract execution and compliance by collaborating with real estate, legal, internal teams, and external partners.
• Lead design development by producing clear scope documentation and managing external consultants through permitting and inspections.
• Oversee construction from bid through closeout by selecting qualified contractors and coordinating with stores and jurisdictions.
