Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Construction Project Manager to lead multi-site Supply Chain construction projects from scoping through closeout.

You will partner with Operations, Real Estate, and Finance to translate network strategy into built environments, while anticipating risks and making sound decisions across concurrent workstreams. You will own the most complex projects, mentor junior team members, and drive continuous improvement in Design & Construction, with travel up to 50% to

Qualifications

• 12+ years of construction project management experience in industrial/warehouse facilities.
• Proven track record leading complex multi-site projects.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of large, complex Supply Chain construction projects from scoping to closeout.
• Lead design development and value engineering to balance speed, cost, and quality.
• Oversee construction from bid through closeout and manage GC/Trades and regulatory coordination.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Ops, Real Estate, Legal and Finance on contract execution and compliance.
• Provide construction feasibility input for site selection and network strategy.
• Mentor less experienced PMs and drive process improvements across the portfolio.
