Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for our National Mission Critical team. You will lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and cultivate owner relationships across the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management and 10+ years in the field, with experience in MEP systems and commissioning. Travel is required for projects, and a strong command of Procore, P6, and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management and 10+ years of proven experience in the Mission Critical industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned project teams and subcontractors to meet goals, budgets, and customer satisfaction.
• Cultivate and grow project owner relationships and relationships with all professional groups involved.
• Engage in preconstruction processes: bid procedures, bid reviews, vendor/subcontractor qualifications, estimating, procurement strategy and scheduling.
• Manage Quality Assurance/Quality Control and required commissioning processes.
• Lead risk evaluation, contract negotiations and budget decisions.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules; lead construction progress meetings.
• Oversee design development; travel as needed for projects.
