Job summary

Colovore is seeking an organized Project Manager, Construction to lead high-density data center development projects from pre-construction through commissioning. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards across fast-paced, mission-critical builds.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in construction project management, large commercial/industrial.
• Experience managing general contractors and subcontractors.
• Strong background in MEP-heavy infrastructure or mission-critical builds.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and site coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning from start through turnover.
• Maintain detailed schedules, critical paths, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and internal teams; resolve design conflicts.
• Manage budgets, change orders, pay apps, and invoices.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Oversee documentation, commissioning, and handover packages.
