Job summary

Colovore seeks an experienced Project Manager, Construction to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of high-density data center development projects. You will oversee construction from pre-construction to commissioning, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with top-tier quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of construction project management experience, ideally with large commercial, industrial, and 4+ years in mission-critical builds.
• Experience managing general contractors, subcontractors, and technical project scopes.
• Strong background in MEP-heavy construction and infrastructure systems.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and site coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver projects from start through turnover.
• Develop detailed project schedules and manage critical paths.
• Track progress, resolve issues, and align stakeholders across teams.
• Coordinate site logistics, permitting, inspections, and readiness.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and resolve design conflicts.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and manage vendor performance.
• Prepare turnover packages and handoff documentation for Operations.
