Job summary

Southern California Edison is seeking a Generation Major Construction Project Manager in California. You will lead multiple capital projects within the Generation Operations, managing scope, schedule, cost and risk with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

You’ll supervise diverse teams, engage with management and external partners, and drive project strategy from conception through closeout, including budget development and procurement planning. Hybrid work arrangement in CA.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in construction project management.
• Possess a valid Class C Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manages one or more moderate to large projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
• Leads a large team of professionals and contractors, directing activities and managing deliverables.
• Develops project plans, budgets, schedules and change control processes in accordance with policies.
• Provides project leadership for safety and ensures compliance with standards.
• Presents updates to executive management and secures approvals for milestones.
