Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more moderate to mid-term projects or programs, ensuring cost and schedule objectives are met.
• Develop and manage engineering schedules, change control, and technical plans with leadership oversight.
• Lead design reviews and evaluate project documents for constructability and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to support project progress and risk-informed decisions.
• Develop contract bid specifications with scope, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
