Job summary

Cogent Analytics seeks a Project Manager to lead client construction projects in Detroit. You will plan, coordinate, and execute from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget alignment while enforcing safety standards.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, directing field personnel, coordinating subcontractors, and reporting progress to stakeholders. A degree or equivalent and 2–4 years of construction experience are expected, with OSHA compliance emphasized.

• 2–4 years of construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from initiation through completion.
• Meet with clients to gather requirements and ensure objectives.

• Establish safety procedures and enforce OSHA regulations.
• Monitor progress, adjust schedules, and manage costs to stay within scope and budget.
