A Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field and 5+ years of GMP/ commercial experience are required, with proficiency in Procore, MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through final turnover.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and owners.
• Oversee contract administration, change management, and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and contract requirements.
• Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities clearly to stakeholders.
• Mentor project engineers and support team development.
