Jobot is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects in Detroit. You will oversee all phases from pre-construction to closeout, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality projects.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager with construction management experience.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire project team, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including procurement, subcontractor management, construction administration, and project closeout
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with building codes and regulations
• Proactively identify and address project risks and issues
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and manage expectations
• Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
• Continually seek ways to improve project performance and streamline processes
