ARCO in Kansas City (Riverside) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction from inception to completion. In this role you will drive design-build projects, develop estimates, schedules, and ensure alignment with client goals while mentoring junior PMs.

You will collaborate with owners and design teams, oversee buyouts and subcontractors, and run on-site bi-weekly meetings to control cost, quality, and safety.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of project management experience.
• Design-build experience strongly preferred.
• Able to read and interpret construction documents and specs.
• Proven track record of managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Willingness to travel or be site-based as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from inception to completion in a Kansas City office.
• Develop estimates and schedules; coordinate with owners and design team.
• Oversee buyout, subcontractor selection, and progress reviews.
• Conduct site meetings bi-weekly and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Mentor and oversee project managers as needed.
