ARCO in Kansas City, MO is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee federal government projects. You will lead estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting, and cost reporting while coordinating with government representatives and the design team to develop preliminary concepts.

You will supervise the buyout process, subcontractor selection, and regular on-site meetings, while driving value engineering ideas and ensuring project success under tight deadlines.

Formación

• BS in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related field; with a minimum of 3.0 GPA
• At least five years of direct federal construction or construction management experience
• Experience with design-build and/or design-bid-build projects; IDIQ, task-order, MATOC, SATOC, MACC, or similar contract vehicles preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project; experience with Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, USACE RMS/QCS, or NAVFAC eCMS preferred.

• Manage and administer federal projects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, and cost reporting
• Develop accurate project estimates and collaborate with government representatives and design teams
• Oversee buyout, subcontractor selection, and coordination with owners on scope and value engineering
• Lead bi-weekly on-site meetings, enforce schedule and budget, and ensure safety and compliance
• Make sound decisions under deadlines and drive continuous improvements
• Represent ARCO with integrity, aligning with company values and client expectations
