ARCO is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Kansas City (Riverside) office to lead construction projects from inception to completion. You will manage estimates, contracts, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution, collaborating with owners and the design team to ensure value and quality.

The role emphasizes design-build familiarity, strong procurement oversight, and leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years of project management experience; open to experience levels

Responsabilidades

• Lead construction projects from inception to completion
• Estimate and develop accurate project estimates
• Collaborate with owners and design team on concept drawings
• Participate in owner meetings to review scope and provide value engineering ideas
• Oversee buyout and selection of subcontractors
• Conduct biweekly on-site meetings to track progress
• Organize and manage multiple activities to achieve results
• Make sound, timely decisions to meet client expectations
• Uphold company values and professional integrity
