Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies in Kansas City, Missouri, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex design-build projects from estimate through closeout.

You will mentor junior PMs, coordinate with owners and the design team, manage budgets and schedules, ensure safety and quality, and contribute value engineering ideas while upholding ARCO’s reputation for integrity and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• 8–10 years' of proven design/build experience with a general contractor required.
• Estimation experience and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Manage all managerial and administrative aspects of the project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports and cost reporting.
• Coordinate with owners and design teams to develop preliminary drawings and review scope with value engineering ideas.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection; conduct biweekly site meetings.
• Mentor or oversee other Project Managers and ensure quality and integrity in project delivery.
