ARCO in Kansas City (Riverside) seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects end-to-end. You will manage estimates, schedules, design coordination, and supplier contracts, while mentoring other Project Managers.

Qualificações

• 8-10+ years of project management experience
• Highly prefer design-build experience
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Willingness to travel or be site-based as required
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required

Responsabilidades

• Oversee managerial and administrative aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety and proposal preparation
• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate
• Collaborate with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, discuss cost reductions, and provide value engineering ideas
• Oversee buyout process and selection of subcontractors
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines
• Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to achieve results
• Commit to quality by evaluating project-related processes
• Incorporate client feedback to drive improvements and ensure expectations are met
• Mentor or oversee Project Managers
