Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead on-site construction for diverse commercial projects, including multi-family developments and rehab work. You will supervise superintendents, manage multiple sites, and collaborate with design and development teams to ensure projects meet timelines and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive PM experience, and deep knowledge of building codes.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of hands-on experience with a GC or developer as a PM for low to mid-rise projects
• Ability to lead a team of 8-10 Superintendents, 2-3 APMs/ Coordinators and 2 PMs
• Manage multiple complex projects with total values potentially exceeding $100M
• Contribute to leadership initiatives, processes and procedures
• Demonstrate proficiency in construction project management practices
• Knowledge of local building codes is required
• OSHA certification is required
• Familiarity with project management scheduling software
• Experience with Excel-based project budgets

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site construction and land development; manage contracts, scope reviews, scheduling, and inspections for compliance with plans and codes
• Provide leadership to project managers, superintendents, and coordinators
• Mentor and train direct reports
• Estimate and manage budgets; plan reviews and cost analysis; value engineering
• Develop and maintain project schedules; manage scope, buy-out, and contracts
• Coordinate subcontractor pre-qualifications; manage RFIs, COs, submittals, directives
• Oversee job cost/status reporting and finishes coordination; manage punch lists and closeouts
• Negotiate subcontractor disputes and resolve day-to-day site issues
