Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial construction or project-management experience.
• Experience managing ground-up construction and renovation projects.
• Direct experience with permitting, municipalities, inspections, budgets, and schedules.
• Massachusetts-based or able to relocate.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage ground-up construction and remodel projects from preconstruction through turnover and closeout.
• Coordinate permitting, municipal approvals, utilities, inspections, and certificates of occupancy.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and status reports.
• Select and manage general contractors, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Conduct site visits to monitor safety, quality, progress, and contractor performance.
• Coordinate civil sitework, structural construction, MEP systems, equipment installation, and operational handoff.
• Identify project risks, resolve field issues, and keep projects moving toward scheduled openings.
• Partner with Real Estate, Development, Operations, and company leadership.
