Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial retail construction experience across multi-site or multi-unit programs.
• Experience delivering repeatable freestanding retail/service locations (auto-service, convenience, car wash, etc).
• Ownership of ground-up construction and remodel projects end-to-end.
• Practical experience with permitting, inspections, and municipal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong command of schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, and vendor performance.
