• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Lead planning, procurement, contract administration, and execution.
• Coordinate with field operations, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to meet schedule and budget.
• Review change orders and project documentation.
• Provide regular financial and operational reporting to executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.
• Build strong client relationships and pursue future opportunities.
