Greenkey Resources LLC in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction initiatives from initiation to completion on site. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules, and quality control to ensure projects meet scope and safety standards.

The role requires a BS in a related field, 5+ years of PM experience in construction, proficiency with MS Project or Primavera, and strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

Formación

• BS degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in construction.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project/Primavera).
• On-site work for multiple concurrent projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Monitor progress, ensure adherence to scope and quality.
