Job summary

ANF Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead upcoming construction projects in South Florida, starting early 2026.

You will oversee daily management, supervision, coordination, and completion within time and cost objectives, handling contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration. Ideal candidates bring 5–15 years of PM experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in managing large GC projects, with excellent communication and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• 5–8 years as a Project Manager or 15+ years construction experience; GC experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams and strong communication, organizational, leadership skills.
• Mastery in estimating, scheduling, budgeting/cost control, safety/insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop bidding strategies and review subcontracts and POs for project completion.
• Coordinate preconstruction liaison between design development and the owner.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate policy.
• Plan, organize, and staff key field office or management positions, with senior leadership.
• Monitor/con­trol construction to ensure schedule and budget adherence; coordinate scheduling.
• Manage contract finances: budgets, cost reports, pay apps, master cost breakdown, etc.
• Identify new work opportunities and inform Business Development of potential projects.
• Lead internal teams focusing on continuous improvement and client/vendor relationships.
• Develop and enforce site logistics plan and temporary facilities plan.
• Coordinate budget estimating, purchasing, and related functions for project completion.
• Negotiate and issue change orders and revisions to budgets.
