The PM will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to established quality standards, while managing project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and client relationships.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience, expertise in AIA billing (G702/G703), budgeting, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience preferred.
• Experience with AIA billing, G702/G703, and change orders.
• Construction or Engineering degree preferred but not required.
• Contractor, Architecture, or Engineering license preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with construction management software; Foundation Construction Management Software is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Assist with estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and preconstruction activities.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and construction documents.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, projections, and reporting.
• Manage submittals, shop drawings, samples, and change orders.
• Coordinate Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and project personnel.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and financial performance.
• Serve as the primary contact for owners/clients.
• Manage owner invoicing, project costs, collections, and AIA pay applications (G702/G703).
• Coordinate required inspections and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with problem-solving and provide technical guidance to project teams.
