Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial or vertical construction.
• Proven success in leading 20+ story, $50M+ ground-up projects.
• Strong command of concrete structure, MEP, façade, and interior finish systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead subcontractor negotiations and performance oversight.
• Partner with architects and engineers to align project scope.
