PrideNow, a premier construction company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager in New York, NY to lead large, complex projects from inception through delivery. You will oversee project teams, coordinate with Field Operations and Preconstruction, and drive safety, quality, and profitability.

The role requires proven leadership, mentoring of junior PMs, strong client relationships, and expertise in managing budgets, change orders, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Extensive construction project management on large, complex projects.
• Experience mentoring junior Project Managers.
• Experience managing project financials and change orders.
• Prefabrication opportunities and field coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex construction projects from start to finish.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior Project Managers.
• Oversee up to three project management team members.
• Manage project financials, budgets, profitability, and change orders.
• Identify opportunities to improve project execution through prefabrication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop processes to improve project execution and team performance.
