You will mentor teams, ensure safety and quality, and maintain client relations while guiding contracts and compliance in a fast-paced EOS-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial-industrial construction and project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction technologies, equipment, and methods.
• Proven ability to interpret construction documents and ensure progress and quality.
• Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and key meetings.
• Lead internal teams by setting expectations and resolving conflicts.
• Develop and manage project schedules across multiple projects.
• Oversee budgets, track costs, and analyze labor and material usage.
• Oversee site operations, address major issues, mentor teams.
• Set and enforce quality standards and drive process improvements.
• Manage major contracts, advise on structure, risks, and compliance.
• Promote a strong safety culture with training and accountability.
