Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects within a 90‑mile radius. You will manage field staff, oversee budgets, and coordinate with clients to align execution with goals.

This role requires a hands‑on leader with 10+ years in commercial construction, strong communication, and a focus on safety and quality. Relocation assistance is offered and EOS‑driven culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/Engineering.
• 10+ years’ experience in commercial-industrial construction and project management.
• Knowledge of construction methods, equipment and documents (plans/specs).
• Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills.
• Experience with Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore & Timberline.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and meetings.
• Lead and support internal teams by setting expectations and resolving conflicts.
• Develop and manage project schedules across multiple projects.
• Oversee budgets, cost tracking, and analyze labor/material usage.
• Oversee site operations, mentor teams, and ensure quality standards.
