Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 10+ years in commercial-industrial construction and PM.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with construction documents and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and represent the company in meetings.
• Lead internal teams by setting expectations and resolving conflicts.
• Develop and manage multi-project schedules and resolve delays.
• Oversee budgets, cost tracking, and material usage analysis.
• Oversee site operations and mentor project teams on site management.
• Enforce quality standards and drive continuous improvement in processes.
• Manage major contracts, advise on structure, risks, and compliance.
• Promote safety culture through plans, issue resolution, and training.
