RDM Recruiting is partnering with an established construction organization in the Indianapolis market to hire a Senior Construction Project Manager. This role leads projects from preconstruction to closeout, coordinating teams, subcontractors, and resources to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and quality.

Strong scheduling, budgeting, and client communication are essential for success. The ideal candidate has senior PM experience in commercial construction, leads project teams, and can manage

Qualifications

• Commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• Team leadership and collaboration across stakeholders.
• Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and project documentation.
• Experience with recreational/sports facilities and/or office/corporate construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, forecasts and performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and resources.
• Partner with field leadership to maintain schedules and resolve challenges.
• Lead project teams with accountability, communication and collaboration.
• Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and documentation.
• Monitor quality to meet specifications and standards.
• Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop proactive solutions.
• Support safety initiatives and provide project updates.
• Oversee closeout and ensure a positive client experience.
