Job summary

Monteith Construction Corp. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate multiple construction projects in the Myrtle Beach area.

You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, and implementation, serving as the representative on the Owner-Architect-Builder team and maintaining strong relationships across all stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have 12–15 years of construction PM experience, engineering/CM degrees, and familiarity with Primavera P6 and Procore.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of construction project management experience.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Ability to read and understand construction schedules; Primavera P6 experience preferred.
• LEED AP or LEED training encouraged.
• Ability to travel within NC/SC.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate multiple construction projects.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting and implementation to meet schedule and budget targets.
• Maintain owner-architect-contractor relationships and ensure project quality.
• Review and approve submittals and cost-related documents to control cash flow.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractor deliveries and project communication.
