The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction project management for commercial builds, strong financial acumen, and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset to keep projects on track and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience supporting commercial projects valued at $20M or more from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to manage project challenges effectively.
• Solid understanding of building systems, construction methods, and sequencing.
• Experience with project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, and trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Apply construction expertise to guide safe, informed day‑to‑day decision making, proactively solve problems, and keep projects moving forward.
• Support procurement with bidding, contracting, and subcontractor coordination to align project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Plan and execute projects by developing schedules, leading meetings, and coordinating with field teams and subcontractors to keep projects moving forward.
• Manage project financials: track costs, support forecasting, and assist with change management to help maintain strong financial performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to build relationships and contribute to a positive project environment.
