Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, field engineering, or estimating within commercial construction.
• Strong working knowledge of construction processes, building systems, and project sequencing.
• Experience supporting project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and change management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships with clients and partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook with exposure to construction software such as CMiC, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Execution: Assist in managing day-to-day project activities including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control to keep projects aligned with plans and specifications.
• Contribute to Planning & Scheduling: Partner with Superintendents and Project Managers to develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and support short-term planning efforts.
• Drive Procurement & Contracts: Support bidding, subcontract preparation, and procurement efforts while helping manage contract compliance, insurance requirements, and issue resolution.
• Manage Project Financials: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and monthly reporting while supporting pay applications and change management processes.
• Collaborate in the Field: Work closely with field teams to support material coordination, document updates, safety initiatives, and quality control processes.
• Build Relationships & Lead: Develop strong working relationships with project teams, clients, architects, and trade partners while continuing to grow your leadership and communication skills.
