Cumming Group is seeking a Sr. Construction Project Manager to lead multi-project efforts in Redmond, WA, focusing on lab or manufacturing environments.

You will drive scope, cost, and schedule with direct client coordination and a strong emphasis on value engineering and risk management. The role is full-time on-site, requiring 6+ years of PM/engineering/construction mgmt experience, a BS in a related field, and certifications such as CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, or LEED.

Qualifications

• Experience planning, managing & coordinating project scope and cost for multiple projects.
• Ability to monitor and re-evaluate scope and adjust as needed with clients.
• Experience with cost estimates, cost studies, and budget reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value engineer projects to identify savings and substitutions.
• Manage on-site stakeholders and client communications.
• Lead design management, procurement, construction, fit-out, and closeout.
• Prepare cost and revenue projections and manage budgets.
• Oversee entitlement processes and permitting.
• Coordinate with cost management group for cost reviews and reconciliation.
