Responsibilities

• Value engineer opportunities for savings while ensuring substitutions are equal.
• Coordinate on-site stakeholders and communicate with clients effectively.
• Prepare project management plans and budgets at project outset.
• Monitor and re-evaluate scope, negotiate changes, and adjust as needed.
