Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management, engineering, or construction management experience.
• Experience leading large and complex projects.
• Preferred CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED certifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value engineer opportunities for savings and substitutions.
• Coordinate on-site stakeholders and communications with the client.
• Prepare project management plan and initial budget.
• Develop action plans to guide the project team.
