Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing industrial or commercial construction projects.
• 5+ years as Project Manager in the Mechanical field.
• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large scale commercial & industrial construction projects from setup to closeout.
• Lead teams including Assistant PMs, Project Engineers, and Coordinators.
• Ensure safety, quality, budget, and schedule conformance.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and subcontractors with other Loenbro units.
• Maintain client relations and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements.
