Job summary

Loenbro LLC is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead mechanical/structural construction projects from inception to closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination while maintaining client relations and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive PM experience in industrial/construction settings, strong leadership, and a track record of safety and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Mechanical field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale commercial & industrial construction projects from setup to closeout.
• Recruit, manage and lead teams including AP/PMs/PDs.
• Supervise daily work and ensure conformance with contract requirements.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance on all projects.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources for timely completion.
• Ensure all team members follow safety policies and rules.
