Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related engineering or construction management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field; PE preferred but not required.
• GLWA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with client and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Maintain excellent client relations and coordinate with contractors on site activities.
• Conduct field site visits and mentor junior staff.
• Develop project proposals including positioning, approach, pricing, and scope.
• Manage project execution including schedule, scope, and budget; ensure on-time delivery under budget.
