Virtual Assist in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, site operations, subcontractors, risk management, and stakeholder relationships. You will guide project teams to deliver successful outcomes while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Five+ years of construction project management experience.
Experience in multifamily and commercial construction.
Knowledge of OSHA requirements and Oregon permitting/inspections.
Strong leadership, budgeting and scheduling skills.
Proficiency with project management software and Gantt charts.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage project scope, schedule, and budget within the first week of each project.
Lead kickoff meetings and maintain comprehensive project schedules from acquisition to handover.
Oversee budgets to ensure cost control and profitability across the portfolio.
Visit active job sites weekly and monitor progress via cameras; ensure work meets design specs.
Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts; mitigate risks.
