Job summary

• Experience with design-bid-build and CMAR projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects for large-scale public agency programs during pre-construction and construction phases.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, coordination, manpower, discipline requirements, resources, procurement and risk.
• Develop and oversee proposals, project initiation, execution/control and closeout; monitor manpower, equipment, materials, and quality procedures; identify and resolve issues.
