Job summary

STV Construction Inc. in Boston, MA, is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale public agency programs from pre-construction through closeout.

Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk; directing proposals, initiation, execution, and closeout; and coordinating multidisciplinary teams using e-Builder, Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project, Primavera P6 and Bluebeam. Travel about 15% to sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in duties of position offered.
• Up to two years of required experience may be satisfied by a Master's degree in civil engineering or construction management.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects for large-scale public agency construction programs.
• Ensure schedule, quality, and budget adherence.
• Oversee scope, manpower, equipment, materials, procurement, and risk.
• Develop proposals, project initiation, project execution/control and project closeout.
