Job summary

Brinkmann Constructors is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex construction projects valued at $150M+. You will direct planning, scheduling, and financial outcomes, building on a history of growth and employee ownership.

Responsibilities include safety, quality, bid analysis, contracts, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on time and within budget. The role requires deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in commercial construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, architectural or construction), construction management or related field.
• 10+ years’ project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience supporting $150+ million projects from conception to completion in diverse sectors (senior living, student housing, high-end condos, hospitality).
• Prior conceptual estimating and bidding experience in commercial construction is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction activities and administrative processes to ensure successful project planning, execution, and closure.
• Ensure safety standards and quality control audits are conducted.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities.
• Review subcontractor bids, contracts, and change orders for cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders to minimize risk and ensure progress.
