Job summary

Barringer Construction, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple complex commercial construction projects from pursuit through closeout. You will mentor project teams, partner with clients and executives, and ensure projects meet budget and schedule targets.

You'll drive pricing, negotiate contracts, and oversee buyout and closeout processes. A strong focus on relationships and risk management will define success in this role.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of commercial construction management experience.
• Demonstrated success leading multiple complex projects.
• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects and high-performing teams, keeping budget, schedule, and plans on track.
• Own client relationships and strengthen Barringer's market presence.
• Drive pursuit interviews, pricing efforts, and strategic decisions for winning work.
• Negotiate contracts, create budgets, and develop cost projections for financial success.
• Execute timely buyout and closeout within 90 days with zero Day 2 items.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Project Engineers.
