Triangle DeCon Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager I to lead complex educational and public works projects for the Los Angeles Unified School District.

The role covers schedule and budget management, contract administration, and coordination with multiple district departments and stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings 17+ years in project/construction management with large programs over $50M, design-build and BIM experience, LEED familiarity, and the ability to obtain CCM within

Qualifications

• 17 years of full-time project/construction management experience.
• 5 years managing large programs with projects >$50 million (not cumulative).
• 5 years in educational facilities, public works, or large commercial projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management or CCM pathway.
• Ability to obtain CCM credential within 1 year of employment.
• Design-build experience; BIM experience; LEED-certified projects; DSA processes.

Responsabilités

• Resolves complex construction project issues, disputes, and disagreements.
• Develops, assigns, and monitors performance of objectives and risk mitigation relative to projects.
• Reviews project progress against construction schedules and budgets.
• Reviews change orders and their fiscal impact on the district.
• Assists with bid and contract planning and feasibility assessments.
• Ensures alignment with district policies, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinates with Environmental Health and Safety, Asset Management, and other departments.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
