Planate Management Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee large, complex construction initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of technical experience in construction management for large projects.
• Certifications/licenses: CCM, E.I.T., NICET III, PE, or NACE II.
• Experience with government contracting and compliance preferred.
• Ability to travel to Port of Entry within client span of control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor construction requirements, conduct site surveys, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Prepare, update, and manage construction schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Maintain oversight of construction activities, reporting issues to Contractor and Government leadership.
• Exercise technical judgment to address construction-related problems and propose solutions.
• Coordinate and monitor project tasks to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and government representatives.
